The Evergreen is a brand new building and everything about the place sparkles. From the marble lobby to the spotless rooms and tasteful decor, you'll feel like your money is well spent.  It should also be stated that new buildings in Mongolia tend to deteriorate rapidly so in all likelihood the fresh appearance won't last long. However, if you don't mind the location, this is for now one of the best-value options in the city.
