Mongolian Artists to Perform in Pan-Asian Music Festival

Mongolian well-known artists including state prize winner, composer B.Sharav, throat singer N.Sengedorj, morin khuur player G.Urtnasan and “Borte” folk rock band will take part in the Stanford Pan-Asian Music Festival.
”The Troubadour” Opera Due on Saturday, 12 February
On February 12, artists of the State Opera and Ballet Theater will perform an opera “The Troubadour” on the stage of the Opera House.

On November 6, an opera named “La Boheme” by famous composer Giacomo Puccini will be played on the stage of the Opera and Ballet Theater.
On November 4, an opening ceremony of a new joint exhibition to be named “Zergeldee” took place at the Xanadu Art Gallery.
Well-known artists of the Xanadu Art Gallery B.Orkhontuul and B.Badral are displaying their works of art in the exposition, which will be available for public until November 11, 2010.
Artist Badral took first place in the international competition themed “Tiger Translate” and also he has been participated for Mongolia in the art festival entitled “Voyage”, which was held in London.
"One day in Mongolia" three fold show program will take a place at Hotel Mongolia on 13th of August 2010. The program contains Mini "Naadam" three manly traditional sport contests, Folklore music performance and Open-air fire party with live pop music performance.
