Welcome! Thank you very much for visiting our e-shop. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. IT CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS AS WELL AS LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS THAT APPLY TO YOUR PURCHASES.

Orders

Orders can only be placed online. Once payment is made the order would be processed. Your order will be processed normally in one business day, however, handiworks orders are dealt normally in one week.

Payment

You can choose from the following ways of paying online:

• We accept Visa and Master Card.
• Bank transfer

You can expect to receive your order within 5 business days by MONGOL POST, a Mongolian leading company.

Cancellation policy

You can cancel your order before shipment (orders are normally sent within two business day),

If you cancel your order on the same day as placement, there would be deduction of 2 percent of the amount. In case if you cancel your order the next day before shipment, you will be deducted 30 percent of the total amount. When shipped, you cannot cancel your order. We offer only goods with no defects or damages but in case when you find your orders are damaged during shipment, the delivering company takes the responsibility.
